The Artist Miko, of Taos Pueblo, forms each traditional Pueblo pipe by hand and then hardens it in his wood-fired stove.
In time and with loving use, this pipe will take on the oils of users' hands to bring out a rich luster and depth to the clay.
When it needs clearing, Miko's pipes can be set in a fire for a few moments to burn out the clogged passage. The piece will then smoke again good as new.
Miko's pipes from Taos Pueblo make great gifts for anyone who likes a good smoke from a fine piece that feels right in the hand.
These pipes also make ideal and unique gift ideas for bridesmaids or groomsmen! If requested, the Artist is available to create any number of unique pieces for your party.
